Karakal SN-90ff 2.1
The Karakal SN-90ff 2.1 is the world's lightest squash racket, and you feel it from the very first shot. The frame weighs just 90 grams. To achieve this extremely low weight, the racket has been deliberately kept simple: no paintwork and as few decals as possible. The result is a lightning-fast, manoeuvrable racket that lets you react effortlessly to hard drives, fast volleys and balls coming short out of the back corner. For the 2.1 version, the popular SN-90 has been given new strings, new decals and a new grip colour, for a classic yet edgy look.
Despite its featherweight, the Karakal SN-90ff 2.1 delivers remarkable power. The frame is made of NEXGEN Fast Fibre graphite, which helps you generate more head speed and allows the frame to return to its original shape 15% faster after every ball strike. That means more power for less effort. The head heavy balance (365 mm) puts the balance point towards the head, while the 'A' Power Shaft and the Groove Power System work together to add extra hitting power. The frame tapers gradually in thickness from 18 to 16 mm and is built in one piece for a crisp, direct response. Thanks to Click-Bridge technology, the frame stays stable, even during fast transitions between attack and defence.
The midsize 455 cm² head and the fan-shaped 14/19 string pattern give you control and a predictable ball response, so you can place your drops, boasts and lengths accurately. The Karakal SN-90ff 2.1 comes strung as standard with Karakal Hot Zone 120 in black, a braided string with plenty of ball feel. The Crystal Clear grommets keep the decals visible, giving the racket a clean, contemporary look. A built-in vibration dampener absorbs vibrations in the frame, so every shot feels comfortable. The octagonal handle with the Karakal PU Super Grip gives you a firm, reliable hold.
You store your racket in the included eco cover made of soft, eco-friendly fleece, which is also 100% recyclable. The Karakal SN-90ff 2.1 is made for advanced players who want maximum racket speed and build their game on pace, reactions and precision. Want the lightest racket in your hand with the power of a much heavier frame? Then the Karakal SN-90ff 2.1 is your choice for fast, attacking squash.
